Product Description: A delicious sparkling extra dry straw-coloured wine with green hints. A
delicate nose, fruity, a fresh attack, pleasant and well-structured on the
palate with a persistent fruity finish.
History
The Casa Vinicola Abbazia is located in a little town near Monferrato and
Langhe, in the heart of the Piémont region. Its vineyards are perfectly
exposed on slopes that produced since the 9th Century high quality wine
in DOCG and DOC. The Abbazia winery was established in 1848. Under the
pieces of advice of Pietro Santero, the patriarch of the Santero's family,
the winery bottles its own wine. Since 3 generations the Santero family is
proud of having its wine cellar and of operating on an historical site.
Storage: Sparkling wine and Champagne should be stored upright because the cork will get too moist and allow oxygen in that will make the wine too fizzy and spoiled.
